pr0gramm API for Laravel
My pr0gramm projects often need similar API requests: reading user and post information, processing comments or accessing messages. This Laravel wrapper brings those requests together in a PHP package.
It is an independent integration, rather than an official pr0gramm product. Its interface is organised into User, Post, Tag, Comment, Contact, Inbox and Profile sections, making it clear which part of the platform a request addresses.
Requests through a facade
Install the package with Composer:
composer require tschucki/laravel-pr0gramm-api
The facade can then retrieve the currently signed-in user, for example:
$currentUser = Pr0grammApi::User()->me();
Account-related endpoints require authentication. The package provides login and logout and manages the associated session. The documentation also describes using an existing cookie and the different requirements for regular and bot accounts.
A shared foundation
Other published projects use the wrapper too. The pr0gramm Notification Channel builds on it to send messages from Laravel. The TLDR bot uses it to connect to the platform.
Documentation
The repository contains examples for each section and authentication instructions.
